| Export Instructions for QuickBooks 1. Open QuickBooks and navigate to: File/Export/List to IIF Files. You will see the screen below. Check the boxes marked Customer List, Employee List and Item List.
NOTE: If your company uses the Class option, then you will need to check that box as well.
2. Save File to a folder on your C:\ drive
3. Navigate to Reports/Employees & Payroll/Payroll Item Listing menu and export the Payroll Items.
4. Save the file as a .csv or Excel Workbook file
5. Email both files to eems_support@ghg.com . We will be contacting you shortly to begin loading your data.
