Unsure of the scope of your business, but we are a school district with about 6,200 employees who use our automated timekeeping system.  The system is relies on time clocks located in 75 campuses and a call-in system to record in/out times and absences into the eTSMS software.

The eTSMS timekeeping software has been performing remarkable well for us.  We were using the timekeeping software from Kronos, however, their cost was a bit overwhelming and made for an unappealing  ROI.   We determined that we just needed a basic timekeeping software package without the whistles and bells offered by the high-end timekeeping software packages.  So when the offers came back from our RFP, GHG's price for the features we needed was perfect.   We converted in December 2006 and it was better than my expectations.  Our GHG service tech did most of the work and after going through two previous timekeeping software conversion that made a huge difference.  We are very satisfied.  Call me if you have any further questions.

I just had to take a few minutes to let you know how much I appreciate the excellent support Dan Wyszomierski has given us since we became a customer of GHG. No matter what problem I have had using the timesheet system (note: mainly problems involving me learning the system), he has been able to assist me in a professional and courteous manner. More importantly, I should mention he always solves my issues.
When we were converting over to the timesheet system, Dan helped point out several issues we had in our basic organization of several key QuickBooks components. After revamping our accounting system to better handle EEMS better, Dan was very instrumental in getting us totally online and solving issues that came up during our transition. I'm sure there were probably times he wanted to disappear when I called, but he always handled my issues quickly and professionally.I appreciate the fact that Dan is familiar with QuickBooks, so he understands where I'm coming from with QuickBooks compatibility issues.
