I just had to take a few minutes to let you know how much I appreciate the excellent support Dan Wyszomierski has given us since we became a customer of GHG. No matter what problem I have had using the timesheet system (note: mainly problems involving me learning the system), he has been able to assist me in a professional and courteous manner. More importantly, I should mention he always solves my issues.
When we were converting over to the timesheet system, Dan helped point out several issues we had in our basic organization of several key QuickBooks components. After revamping our accounting system to better handle EEMS better, Dan was very instrumental in getting us totally online and solving issues that came up during our transition. I'm sure there were probably times he wanted to disappear when I called, but he always handled my issues quickly and professionally.I appreciate the fact that Dan is familiar with QuickBooks, so he understands where I'm coming from with QuickBooks compatibility issues. I rest assured knowing that when I call Dan with something, he has the answer or will find the answer to help me out. He is a true problem solver!
