ASP Time and Attendance
GHG Corporation's electronic Time Sheet Software (eTSS) is a web-based employee
management tool that automates time tracking and approval processes. GHG offers
two purchase options: Purchased Time and Attendance and ASP Time and
Attendance. Purchased Time and Attendance requires the installation of the
software on your company’s server. It is only recommended for organizations
with an established IT group, and a SQL Server software license.
ASP Time and Attendance requires no hardware or software to install. GHG will
install your license on our secure servers located at our 3rd party fully
redundant facility. Each server is configured with RAID 5, which enables
automatic and uninterrupted server, should a database hard drive fail. The
network is a fully redundant connection to the internet, through 2 different
unique providers. The facility is equipped with redundant power, and battery
with diesel generator backups.
Using GHG’s ASP Time and Attendance will result in decreased administrative and
accounting costs, and increased productivity. The system provides online time
sheet reporting, leave balance management, online pay stubs, a seamless
interface to your accounting systems, and ad hoc reporting capabilities. This
secure, password protected system is available to employees and management
anywhere, anytime from any Internet enabled computer. It is an ideal workforce
management solution for organizations tracking, managing, and accounting for
employee time by project, department, customer or other user-defined category.
Both managers and employees find the ASP Time and Attendance easy to use due to
a graphical user interface and built-in help features. Drop down menus, time
calculator, and automated reporting save time and greatly increase reporting
accuracy. In addition to eTSS online time sheet features, GHG has provided
additional functionality including a company-wide news page, company roster,
online forms page for company-specific forms, and holiday schedule(s). Our time
sheet software is designed to minimize the time employees expend recording
their tasks, and reduces the time required for managers and administrators to
track and report tasks
